Traditional static displays can no longer meet the interactive experience demands of contemporary exhibition halls. Visitors increasingly expect a “participatory” way of viewing exhibitions rather than one-way information reception. Interactive experience exhibits are becoming a major direction in the development of themed exhibition halls.
The system consists of spinning bikes, high-definition display terminals, a control unit, and a physical button kit. It runs on Windows and combines exercise cycling with virtual roaming scenes. During cycling, the bike automatically adjusts riding resistance based on scene gradients or exercise rhythm, while the on-screen visuals sync in real time with the rider, allowing visitors to travel immersively through different virtual scenes from a first-person perspective.
Sensor-based interaction: High-precision sensors collect data such as cycling speed in real time and transmit it wirelessly to the system to synchronize the visuals.
Physical button control: Supports an external physical button kit, allowing visitors to switch scenes without touching the screen, lowering the barrier to use.
4K and multi-resolution compatibility: Compatible with 4K and lower-resolution output, and adaptable to large video walls, touch displays, and other terminals.
Unattended automatic operation: The device starts automatically when powered on and returns to the home screen after an extended period of inactivity, making it suitable for high-traffic exhibition hall environments.
Examples of actual deployment scenarios:
Shanghai Science Popularization and Culture Exhibition Hall: Visitors browse and learn content while cycling through virtual scenes, combining education with entertainment.
Gansu Party Building Education Exhibition Hall: Immersive virtual cycling retraces the course of historical development, strengthening visitors’ sense of immersion.
Beijing Cultural Tourism Scenic Areas / Parks and Leisure Spaces: As an entertaining interactive exhibit, it enriches the visitor experience and attracts foot traffic, encouraging visitors to linger.
Chengdu Environmental Protection and Low-Carbon Exhibition Hall: Combines green cycling scenes to convey low-carbon concepts through active interaction.
An integrated hardware and software solution: Scene assets and UI interfaces can be customized according to the project theme. No complex code development is required—content can be updated simply by replacing assets. It is suitable for both new exhibition halls and the upgrade and renovation of existing exhibition halls.
