Creation Description: "Dome: Four Symbols of the Caisson" is an immersive video work that takes the traditional Chinese architectural caisson as its cultural gene and uses digital kaleidoscope as its medium language. The work extracts visual genes from four major lineages: the imperial court, Jiangnan, Lingnan, and Dunhuang - through AIGC image generation, dynamic translation, and real-time particle rendering, it deconstructs millennia-old symbols such as coiling dragons, lotus petals, arches of wooden architecture, and scrolls into basic units of light, color, and order, generating never-repeating visual sequences through infinite reflection and recursion in the mirror image. The work is divided into four chapters - Recursion, Boundless, Observation, and Evolution - corresponding to four types of caisson shapes: circular, square, Bagua (eight trigrams), and spiral, respectively. Using the visual grammar of front and rear views, symmetrical composition, and layered traversal, it constructs an algorithm-driven oriental dome. We practice the ancient principle of "observing things and taking images" through algorithms, allowing the millennia-old wisdom of construction to showcase its geometric beauty beyond the times through the infinite transformation of prisms.
