SpY_BLANKETS 2 Original

Blankets 2” is a massive installation that intervenes the old arms factory in Oviedo, covering 6,000 square meters with hundreds of salvage blankets that form a sea of gold and silver of changing appearance.

Activated by wind currents, the work generates undulating patterns and sound fields in a continuous choreographic cycle, making it a living entity in constant evolution.

With a dynamic and minimalist approach, SpY redefines space, inviting visitors to reconsider their perception of place and movement, in a setting that encourages reflection, interaction and active contemplation.
