ForSight复斯

Intro： For Sight Group is an interdisciplinary light art collective founded in Hong Kong SAR by Kai Fu and Shawn Chen. Working across the fields of art, architecture, digital technology and spatial design, the collective explores light as a medium for creating immersive experiences and transforming the relationship between people, space and the built environment. The collaboration began while the founders were studying in London. In 2017, they contributed to Dome360, a large-scale immersive projection installation presented at the Liverpool Light Festival, working alongside the UK-based creative studio MorestateLab. This formative experience established the foundation of their shared artistic practice and their ongoing exploration of light as a cultural and spatial medium. Drawing on extensive international experience in architectural lighting, public art and spatial design, the founders have delivered projects across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Their portfolio includes collaborations with internationally renowned design practices, including Zaha Hadid Architects, as well as participation in major public art events such as the Shenzhen International Light Festival and the Shanghai International Light Festival. Their work has received international recognition through honors including the LIT Lighting Design Awards and the [d]arc Awards. For Sight Group approaches light as more than illumination. It is a medium through which space becomes experience, technology becomes emotion, and the invisible becomes tangible. Through interdisciplinary practice, the collective creates immersive works that connect art, technology and humanity, inviting audiences to experience public space in new and meaningful ways.
