Regardless of consciousness, preconsciousness, subconsciousness, superego, ego, and self, the essence is a structured and functional description of personality. Simply put, the superego, ego, and self are the components of personality. "Personality" is a troublesome concept. Different schools have different understandings of personality, but now the psychological personality is basically the same. It can be roughly understood as a system in which individuals deal with themselves and the outside world. We often hear the concepts of consciousness, preconsciousness, and subconsciousness, which are termed the classic psychoanalysis founded by Freud; we also often hear the concepts of Yidi, ego, and superego. Yes, they also belong to Freud's theory. These concepts are actually used to describe personality. Freud used the first group of concepts to divide the personality structure in the early days, called the two-part structure model of personality. Later, Freud discovered the limitations of the two structural models of personality. He believed that the personality model was more dynamic rather than static and "anatomical". Therefore, he proposed to divide the personality into an edible, self, and the superego Three-part structure model of personality.
In the first work, I expressed the homogeneity of human beings. In this performance, I chose three actors to let them recite a favorite article/diary/poem. I want to show a kind of self-selection through performance in this way. The picture on the left is Freud's "psychological iceberg" theory, which builds a three-part structure model of personality. In this model, he synthesizes the motivation theory, cognitive theory, and social psychology theory. India and its sexual instincts, and attack instincts can be seen as a dynamic system, the self represents the intellectual part of the human heart, can be seen as a cognitive system, and the superego is the value of internalized children.
