Intro： First, I am a very young artist. I hope that while acquiring certainties, I will forever be able to contradict myself in every way, keeping at hand the best and most important quality an artist/human should have: mental fluidity. Apart from that, I have dealt (obviously) with the quest/question for/about instability, ambiguity, uncertainty and their possibilities when juxtaposed with political/ontological assumptions (such as the divide between high/low cultures, for example, or artistic prejudices toward new media). I describe my art practice, from an intellectual, conceptual and immaterial way, as the creation of prototypes. As a “Cyborg” (Haraway, 1983), I see this prototypes as critiques or commentaries about social/economical/political/existential situations of my contemporaneity. In my country, this situations orbit around social and economic inequalities and the legacy of Augusto Pinochet’s dictatorship. So, I go from one medium/subject to another, sometimes randomly and sometimes on purpose, testing the possibilities of each medium and/or subject and their relationships within everything else I have (and every artist has) done before. That is why I have done music, writing, photographs, video, installations, performances, 3d modelling, furniture, etcetera. The complicated thing is to, learn from every discipline and then being able to combine them in bigger or more complex projects, for example, in self-producing a movie-like result. Finally, my works are never complete without being uploaded to the internet, mainly social media, which I think are the incarnated dream of self-publishing autonomy that many artists/individuals have fought for.
