Intro: BABA's works explore the unseen perceptions deriving from physical and non-physical realm, combining the artistic expressions into installations and films. Through the physical and temporal dimensions, the artist indicates a point-of-view that people has never seen before, and images that people don’t know how to react to, but make them think. Baba’s visual artworks have been recognised in Contemporary Art institutions and Film Festivals worldwide such as; Japan Media Arts Festival (2010), 16th Webby Award (US / 2012), Ars Electronica (2015), European Media Art Festival (2017), Present Future Art & Technology Star Award (CN / 2019). Along with his artistic activity, he takes academic position as a Guest Professor in KEIO University SFC (Fujisawa, Japan).
