Intro： Lysteater is an international multimedia and immersive art duo that creates live narrative performances, atmospheric theater productions, and visual installations. Our medium is both simple and magical: we create art in real time using sand on lightboxes and project it onto various surfaces, from holographic screens and fabrics to walls and stage spaces. Our work is deeply conceptual, heavily built on the stark contrast between light and shadow. We express ourselves both in a theater format, collaborating with actors to build live performances, and as conceptual artists. Whether working with a structured narrative or utilizing abstract imagery guided by music and sound, we shape an environment where the viewer is no longer just a passive observer, but is immersed in a space of inner reflection and personal association. By blending traditional hand-made craftsmanship with modern projection technologies, we explore how a fleeting, tactile human touch can transform physical environments and alter human perception.
