Intro: Rudolf Kenyeres (RUID) is a self-taught light artist and creative technologist whose practice explores the relationship between light, sound, space, and human interaction. His work is driven by generative systems, site-specific interventions, and immersive environments that invite audiences to become active participants rather than passive spectators. Originally active as a VJ in the Serbian techno scene, Rudolf later relocated to Hungary, where he has created live visual performances for major festivals and electronic music events. His interactive light installations have been presented at Visualia (Croatia), Zsolnay Light Festival (Pécs), and Kandela Festival (Szentendre, Hungary). Alongside his artistic practice, Rudolf is one of the organizers of HungaroNode, an initiative that connects Hungarian artists working with generative technologies. Through meetups, AV nights, exhibitions, and community-building activities, HungaroNode fosters collaboration between artists, musicians, designers, and creative coders while expanding the local new media art ecosystem.
