《家书Ⅰ》/ Letter From My Father Original

《家书Ⅰ》与《家书Ⅱ》是我试图通过当代实验影像创作的方式与父亲建立一种非常规沟通的尝试。因不知做何回复，我曾将父亲在2011年给我写的一封书法长信束阁九年。九年之后的今天，我终于通过这组作品对父亲做出回应。在《家书Ⅰ》中，我将长信进行翻录和形式化处理。在《家书Ⅱ》中，我寻访并录制父亲曾经常走过的地方，在录像画面中叠放由手机录频回复父亲的一段段话语，一一对应他去过的地方。它们显示出父亲或“父亲们”所属的书信通讯年代，携带着笔墨和宣纸式的难以消除的旧基因，就像信中流露出的“普遍父权主义”，和代表着当下信息科技时代的通讯方式，形成了两代人似乎难以逾越的沟通障碍。两封信的对话似乎是站在两座山丘的人在相互呼唤，但又无法听清对方到底说了什么，只留下各自的回声在不断震荡。 "Letter from My Father" and " Letter to My Father " are my attempts to establish an unconventional communication with my father through the way of contemporary experimental image creation. Since I don't know how to reply to him, I have hidden a long letter of calligraphy written by my father in 2011 for nine years. Today, nine years later, I finally responded to my father through this group of works. In " Letter from My Father ", I will transcribe and formalize the long letter. In " Letter to My Father ", I searched and recorded the place where my father used to go, and stacked a paragraph of words from the mobile phone to my father at the image, one by one corresponding to the place he had been. They show the age of correspondence between fathers or "fathers", carrying "old genes" that are difficult to eliminate, such as Chinese pen and ink, like the "general patriarchalism" in the letter, and the communication that represents the current era of information technology. The way has formed a communication barrier that seems to be insurmountable for two generations. The dialogue between the two letters seems to be that the people standing on the two hills are calling each other, but they can't hear what the other party said, leaving only their echoes constantly oscillating.
