A person enters the space. Thin lines of light begin to assemble around them, slowly forming a delicate cage. It is not solid, yet it feels present—an invisible structure made visible.
As the person raises their hands and moves, the cage reacts. With each intentional gesture, the light structure fractures and breaks open, releasing a flood of light into the surrounding space. No two cages are the same. Each one forms differently, shaped by unseen rules—just as each person carries a different internal structure.
The installation reflects the cages we grow into from childhood: fears, learned limitations, insecurities, and expectations that quietly surround us as we move through life. What feels fixed and inevitable can, with awareness and action, be opened.
This interactive work invites the participant to confront and physically dissolve their own invisible boundaries—transforming restriction into expansion, and light into release.
