THE URCHIN

Kit Webster was commissioned to develop a series of animations for permanent fixture in the new wing of Westfield Chermside, in Brisbane, is the Urchin. A monumental dome created by Armada Architects and constructed by Fabritecture. The dome also features on its underside, a huge array of LEDs. This light system was designed by Eletrolight, who commissioned Kit Webster to create an ambient light show that occurs daily from sunset to midnight. HYPER REELIST assisted Kit Webster in preparing this visaul content both in studio and on sight.
