Through a digital short film, Re-encounter traces one of the greatest London myths, the Hardy Tree and people's companionship throughout their lives, from a historical and social perspective, creating a poetic narrative space. By watching the stories of the Hardy Tree from birth, growth, death, and re-encounter (meeting people again with new life), accompanying humans and witnessing city development, this project attempts to reawaken the audience's emotional connection with trees (nature). It aims to invite the audience to reflect on contemporary ecological destruction: how can we find our original spiritual connection with trees (nature) and return to the touching moment of our initial encounter?
