The "Moving Everything - Mobile Media Art Archive" is a funded project of the "131" Innovative Talent Training Project in Tianjin, hosted by Liu Shuming (2015-2017). The project is based on the relationship between media art creation and the context of the times, and is a theoretical research and textual archiving of representative artists and art cases based on mobile media characteristics in art practice both domestically and internationally. Make an open record and exploration of the origin and development of Internet art and the relationship and direction of mobile media art; Conduct a comparative study on the inheritance and evolution relationship between the two, as well as the evolution status of creative concepts and language expressions of Chinese and foreign artists in the global internet context, in order to provide rigorous and valuable references for mobile media art as an art paradigm presented and recorded in the process of art development; And it fills the gap in mobile media art practice archives in the context of contemporary art.

Liu Shuming successively interviewed 12 representative artists and curators from China and France engaged in mobile media, new media, social media, and interactive media. They include Liang Kegang (who conducted extensive art experiments on social media using self media and mobile phones); Ma Yongfeng (who has been planning and researching the relationship between online ecology and art and society in recent years. He is an important contemporary conceptual artist and curator in China, and the initiator of ForgetArt, who has been exploring various forms of art and new possibilities for many years); Chen Xuegang (an important contemporary image artist in China, known as the first person in Chinese contemporary art GIF animation); Lin Ke (a contemporary Chinese young artist who constructed an infinitely wide virtual art world through screen recording and other methods, providing new exploration space for Chinese contemporary art); Ye Funa (artist, initiator of projects such as the "Live Broadcast Project", "Nail Project", and "One Second Film Festival", and teacher of the Experimental Art School of the Central Academy of Fine Arts); Xin Wangjun (an important contemporary Chinese artist and self media person engaged in artistic creation such as painting and behavior, and exploring the commercial value transformation of art across borders); Stephane Cabee (French contemporary artist, programmer, and teacher at the North Calais Academy of Fine Arts in France, who has been dedicated to exploring the creative potential of information tools, including interactive art development and network applications, for many years) Liu Chengrui (an artist who initiated art projects such as the "Lancang River Project" and "A Red Sun" and was one of the earliest artists to practice mobile internet art); There are also Liang Ban (using specific functions of mobile phones for artistic creation) and Ren Yuan (artist, designer, programmer, and smart product co developer); Luo Wei (artist, initiator of projects such as Bio-R Laboratory and Crystal Planet); Payne (an artist who constantly explores the boundaries of art in the mobile media era, such as collaborating with internet celebrities); Li Yu (a well-known Chinese interaction designer, founder of LXU Studio, mobile internet creative content expert, dedicated to interaction design innovation).

The artistic practices of these artists and curators are archived through video interviews, while the artists have developed various predictions for future artistic forms based on the current media language.
