Generating Art
We always learn how to live, how to survive, how to be mature and brave, but often forget to reward ourselves. We always try to understand others and tolerate the world, but often forget to care about ourselves.
In the face of difficulties in the world, instead of asking for help, we can actually use psychological way of "self-care", give yourself a small red flower.
Self-compassion is a new concept of Self proposed by American psychologist Kristin Neff (2003) in the context of positive psychology. It is a positive attitude of self-cognition that can protect individuals from self-criticism and rumination. Self-care, also known as self-compassion and self-compassion, means that when an individual is in difficulties, setbacks, pain, disappointment and other bad situations, he/she can maintain an open and friendly attitude towards his/her negative state, be aware of his/her own feelings and thoughts, and have the ability to comfort and care for himself/herself. Simply put, treat yourself as you would treat a friend in trouble. Self-care, broadly defined, includes three core elements that help us in pain: self-kindness, common humanity (recognizing that everyone makes mistakes and feels pain) and mindfulness.
The work takes the three core elements of "self-care" as the base point and "Little Red Flower" as the narrative clue and expression, hoping to take the participants to experience a journey of "caring for oneself and rewarding the soul" in a more vivid way.
