Dust in Time is a projected interactive installation consisting of 54 hourglasses and helmets. The falling grains of sand in the hourglass are constantly transformed into particles in the image, merging into an endless river of time. People can visualise the flow of time in this unique audible field. This work gives a physical presence to time through the hourglass and evokes a rethinking of the way people treat time.
