Synergy of the Future Original

The immersive exhibition "2019 Synergy of the Future" presents a series of audiovisual sequences that interpret the archival materials from the program of "Plovdiv 2019 European Capital of Culture". The project's content uses custom automated systems to build nonlinear narratives beyond conventional techniques. Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning classify and transform the archives by extracting their metadata, dynamic parameters, textures, and shapes. The new models become a cognitive mapping of the cultural heritage created by the machine's functions as a "thinking tool". The multi-layered manipulation generates a living and ever-changing organism, expands the possibilities for documentary research and contributes to a deeper awareness of the creative impulse from the future.

The project was implemented as part of the "Heritage II" program of the "Plovdiv 2019" Foundation. Its public presentation took place in the Gallery "2019" (Plovdiv, Bulgaria) from 7 to 9 October 2022.
