Privacy leakage has always been a very important topic in the society. There are many privacy leaks in the news, on the Internet and around us. Nowadays, people generally have a certain awareness of privacy protection, but for snoopers, some details that we do not notice are the point of special attention.
Garbage is another calling card of people, hiding too many secrets. Someone throws garbage, someone tries to find treasure in the garbage. You can tell a lot about a person's lifestyle by studying the garbage they produce. On the surface, household waste reflects only what is eaten, bought and used. However, at a deeper level, more personal and family privacy may be exposed, including family economic conditions, family members, whether they live alone, health and other private information. Collect all the trash that a person drops, and piece together what kind of person he is from the perspective of a snooper with the private information that expands from the trash. The interactive device is presented from a first-person perspective, allowing the viewer to piece together different information from the snooper's perspective, and to think about the feeling of being snooped from another perspective.
As an interactive video installation, "Good Sight" aims to focus on the current neglect of garbage privacy leakage. This not only focuses on the privacy leakage of garbage, but also provides a new form of interactive video installation for the combination of transmission of ideas and interactive art. The combination of the two can increase participants' attention to social problems and have a positive impact on solving social problems.
