This submission is a weather responsive display for the LED screens. The visuals will be gentle soft movement of rippling water, with the aim of providing a calm, pleasant and meditative visual display for people to view by the riverside. The movement of the water visuals will change in response to the weather conditions in Chengdu throughout the day. For example when the weather is windier the ripples of the water will be more intense and different colour themes will signify different seasons. The aim is to create a living breathing work which will exist in natural harmony with the surrounding area.
