Through 8x2 hours of learning, this work makes 7-11-year-old children understand the principle of web page code composition, and independently completes the creation of interactive works on the theme of "dragon" by making, drawing and other ways to replace code pictures. The work uses the web code to realize the interaction effect of the Dragon following the mouse movement by waving the mouse. The source code of the work is from the Internet. The pictures are collected by children using search engine, and the pictures are created by digital painting. Six Dragons of different shapes created by six young writers symbolize the children's love for the red children who actively participate in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Children's art education, which is the initial link and foundation of the continuation and development of human art culture education, shoulders the major mission of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This work uses new media technology to integrate painting, art practice, computer graphics, interactive design and human literature elements. It is an attempt of children's art practice under the background of "core literacy" education in China.
