The core content of this project is the compilation and publication of the academic work Molecular Aesthetics published by the internationally famous ZKM/Center For Art And Media, which will contribute valuable theoretical basis to the new media art research of Beijing Normal University and provide a theoretical path for promoting the new media art and new liberal arts education of Beijing Normal University to the international level. After publication, the book will be promoted to universities, professional institutions and enterprises across the country, widely promoted through bookstores, libraries, art galleries and the Internet, and in the form of this exhibition and seminar, to enhance the influence of Molecular Aesthetics in China's art academia. The work Molecular Aesthetics is the follow-up product of the exhibition "Molecules that Change the World" and the seminar held in Karlsruhe and the Media Center (ZKM), Germany in 2011 and 2013. Many artists and scientists were invited to participate in the exhibition and seminar, and new papers were written for this work, aiming to perceive the molecular world in a different way through the book Molecular Aesthetics. It aims to help human science and technology enter the invisible and unknown fields, so as to emphasize the thinking method and imagination of aesthetics or art. It will provide a more comprehensive and profound vision and vision for workers in the art field and scholars engaged in scientific and technological research to look at their respective undertakings.
