Intro： He Xinpeng, born in 1999, holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Beijing Film Academy. A young animation director, his representative works include the award-winning short film *The Watch That Steals Time* and the IP-adapted animation *The Book of Kings* (rated S-tier by Tencent and Bilibili, with investment interest from Japan’s Kadokawa). He has also participated in renowned projects such as *Tomb Raider*, *Chinese Animation Stories Season 2*, and *Uma Musume Pretty Derby*. Winner of the Golden Monkey Award for Best Animated Short Film and selected for the National Fine Arts Exhibition, his works have received numerous domestic and international awards. He combines strong artistic creativity with hands-on experience in commercial projects.
