Intro： Our team is composed of students majoring in digital media art from multiple universities, along with their faculty advisors. We are committed to developing a sense of “medialocality” within projection mapping works—an approach that emphasizes the situated nature of the projection field—while forging connections with older and broader forms of human culture. In doing so, we aim to bring warmth and depth to new media art, preventing it from becoming hollow or reduced to superficial displays of technical virtuosity that might prematurely push the medium into a kind of midlife crisis.
