Cosa Mentale

Intro： Coming from a real-time media background, we have developed a path between visuals, interaction design and programming. Cosa Mentale is the occasion for us to explore new creation formats mainly around new media. Our work is oriented towards media such as installation, audiovisual performance, live coding, immersive experience (XR) but also video games or video mapping. Our pieces, for the most part interactive, integrate through generative processes the digital matter in the infinity of its expressions. These infinite variations of the digital form lead us to project it between an autonomous system and an object with fascinating plasticity. Very much linked to the visual domain, we attach as much importance to the exploration of new visual universes as to the research of systems and interaction modalities. Each system is an opportunity for us to create new bridges with its environment, to define a new relationship between the public and the piece, through the implementation of our own interactive devices.
