This project innovatively fuses AIGC (AI-Generated Content) technology with a real-time interactive projection system to create an immersive Sichuan noodle restaurant experience for the global dining market. By deeply exploring the intersection of noodle culture and musical art, we have developed an end-to-end interactive journey for the customer, from seating and welcome to a final digital memento.

Guests can participate in "digital dough-kneading" through gesture interaction, experience back-of-house DJ soundscapes, and control visual effects within a "Digital Noodle-Pulling Music Video" generated by AI. To conclude the experience, they receive a personalized digital souvenir. The space utilizes an intelligent zoning design, combining immersive booths with standard tables. This approach ensures an efficient table turnover rate while enhancing the social, entertainment, and cultural dimensions of dining through multisensory interaction, achieving a seamless fusion of technological empowerment and traditional culinary arts.

Experience Sequence

1. Arrival & Welcome:

Audio: A background soundscape blending traditional Chinese folk music with modern beats.
Visuals: An immersive environment fusing a fiery Sichuan color palette with digital noodle-themed totems to create a "classic-meets-modern" visual impression

2. Personalized Food/Music Ordering:

Customers use a mini-program to input their cultural background and musical preferences.
The system then generates a personalized music playlist and a pixel-art preview of their selected food items.

3. Interactive Warm-up I – Gesture-Controlled Dough-Kneading:

Through hand gestures, guests "knead" a digital projection of dough.
This serves as an "edutainment" feature, familiarizing them with projection interaction and traditional noodle-making crafts.

4. Interactive Warm-up II – The "Back-of-House DJ":

Guests use gestures to trigger and mix authentic noodle-making sound effects captured from a real kitchen.
This simulates a "Back-of-House DJ" experience, stimulating appetite and curiosity.

5. Main Dining Interaction – The "Digital Noodle-Pulling MV":

The tabletop projection displays real-time, interactive visual art generated by an AI music system.
Using AI gesture recognition, guests can control visual elements like particle effects and camera movement by opening, closing, and rotating their hands, actively participating in the creation of their own "Digital Noodle-Pulling" music video.

6. Dining Ambiance – Atmospheric Music:

During the meal, the customer's custom music playlist is played.
The tabletop projection transitions to a more static, audio-reactive visualizer, with color schemes that respond to the tones of the dishes served, enhancing the overall dining atmosphere.

7. Departure Memento – Digital Collectible:

Guests can save their unique music and interactive visual experience as a digital souvenir.
This extends brand memory and creates a sense of anticipation for future visits.

Spatial Planning & Design

Considering the acoustic and interactive requirements of each unit, we employ flexible, sound-absorbing partitions to define immersive, semi-private booths for four guests.
This is operated in a dual-track system alongside standard tables that allow for a higher turnover rate.
