Felix Frank

Intro： I'm a German digital artist. I create mapping and light installations. Born in the late 70' in Munich, early on I got in contact with the creative and spiritual side of life thought the flying colours of a Waldorf School. I studied Fine Arts in Paris and finished my career in Barcelona with a Master's degree in Motion Design. Growing up in Munich and Paris, the hip hop and graffiti scene of the late 80ies triggered my passion for creative expression and projection mapping. The need to transform my surroundings and reality with spray paint was essential in my creative journey. Nowadays, I do light paintings with the projector instead of using spray paint. Key to my work are highly detailed animations and the use of selected frequencies built into the soundtrack, seeking to transform the spectator's mind and surrounding. Creating similar to effects one can observe during meditation and breath work. Now I am a Quito based digital artist and designer with over 17 years of experience in broadcast, film, and live visuals and light installations.​
