Intro： DECOL is abbreviation of Digital Experience Collective. It was established under VCD department of Istanbul Bilgi University as a new media arts management project. This award winning multi-disciplinary creative establishment was brought to life to create memorable concepts and surprising ideas. They deliver smart solutions combining arts, entertainment, technology and science. They analyze the DNA of our clients, then form in-house teams based on the project. DECOL makes conceptual designs and build targeted perceptions accordingly.
