Intro: Wang Donghan is a Korean new media artist, independent designer and photographer, born in 1997 in Beijing, graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, majoring in Art and Technology, and is currently a graduate student in the Digital Media Program at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Bremen, Germany, where he also works as an assistant at Ralf Baeker's lab. Wang Donghan's work focuses on interactive installations and explores olfactory and gustatory art by using a variety of media. His research experiments center around the fields of biology, botany, ecology, etc. Wang Donghan's works have been exhibited at the Art Museum of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the Korean Cultural Institute, Wuhan Biennale 2022, the First Annual Metaverse Art Exhibition Venice, and the Art nova 100, among other platforms/institutions. His work “Essence of Ephemera” was invited to participate in an interview with GQ magazine. In addition to his creative works, Wang Donghan has served as the technical coordinator for international exhibitions such as Beijing Art and Technology Biennale (BATB), Guangzhou Design Triennial-Matters of Care, iCUBE Museum-I Want to See What You See, and many others.
