This work uses simple procedures, such as drilling or stacking steel plofiles, whereas the combinations of the visitors movement and pinholes on the wall makes complex light phenomenon inside the cube. Punctured several thousands of tiny holes by hand allows you to experience light itself as something tangible. The phenomenon occurs by breaking and scattering the light rays. As you getting closer to the walls, special technique of drilling holes allows you to see the light only around you. As you walk around in the cube, all light point seems twinkling.
This phenomenon resembles to the Brocken phenomenon which can be observed in mountain area, and therefore the work named after it. Glitter in the sunlight, turn red in sunset, thousands of light pillars appear in the morning fog and gently accept the moonlight.
Tiny halls reducing the light from outside and create more dramatic light experience inside. Thereby this work emphasizes the value of darkness as well.
