"The Greedy Nightmare" originated from a nightmare I once had. It is my profound reflection on greed and desire in human nature. I attempted to use a primarily black-and-white visual style, with the only striking color being the golden hue of the pumpkin, to create an oppressive yet tempting atmosphere. Through visual metaphor, the golden liquid inside the pumpkin is concretized as the desires people chase, while the image of the blind man represents the punishment and consequences hidden behind these desires. AI tools provided me with unprecedented creative freedom, allowing me to transform the absurd and twisted imagery from my mind into a unique audiovisual experience. This film is my personal exploration of dreams, fear, and the complexities of human nature.
