"OnePark" is an architectural musical instrument that is visually captivating and also serves as an interactive musical device. Taking the landscape transformation of the former Hangzhou Iron and Steel Works site park as an opportunity, it depicts and reflects on the changes in urban soundscapes brought about by industrial civilization over the past two centuries through the form of digitally interactive soundscapes. The creators hope to demonstrate, through the "OnePark" project, that soundscape narratives can help us re-examine, with a more far-sighted perspective, the influence of industrial landscapes in establishing shared urban values and visions.
