As a landmark architectural design for Yifeng, as soon as we saw this project, we wanted to incorporate more unique elements related to Yifeng, a place with beautiful scenery, and show these styles in the building. To this end, we explored the characteristics of Yifeng in depth: the green mountains and water, the ancient architecture of Tianbao ancient village, Tao Yuanming's poems, the traditional iron-smithing flowers and fire pots ...... Many of these rich elements are intangible cultural heritages in China. We selected and utilized these imagery based on the tower's form and unique temperament.
In the first scene, we chose “flowing water” as the core element. On the one hand, Yifeng is famous for its landscape, which is represented by the cascading green mountains; on the other hand, the tower is tall and slender, and the dynamic and gradual lighting effect from top to bottom of the tower can better reflect the dynamic beauty of Yifeng's landscape by using running water.
In the water gradually slowed down, we cleverly articulated the “iron flowers” and “fireworks” scene, through the water flow stirred up the iron flowers and fireworks below, instantly bursting bright light, which is also a major cultural highlights of Yifeng.
In the third scene, we take “blossom” as the theme. The flowers here are the peach blossoms from Tao Yuanming's “The Story of Peach Blossom Garden”, which bloom from top to bottom, symbolizing the prosperity and vitality of Yifeng's culture.

The name of our work: Yifeng Radiant
The name “Yijin” echoes the name of Yifeng and conveys the beauty of landscape and culture.
The name “Huaguang” indicates the beauty and glory of Yifeng's unique culture through the flowing water, blooming iron flowers and fireworks, as well as the peach blossom scene.
