Altering Original

As we all know the power of beauty while the sun is sinking down. However, how many of us notice that it is far more stunning when it actually sets. Since the steep angle produces the gorgeous deep reds, pinks, and oranges, while the rest of the sky develops shades of purple, blue, and sometimes green, and gold. Unfortunately, this colourful sky last only a few minutes before turning dark. Therefore, this light installation intended to extend the moment of the sun dips below the horizon by interpreting the mood and feel of sky while its colours develop. This installation is a part of the main project “05:50pm” where we aimed to capture and extend the feeling of the moment of sunset.
