Description: Focusing on two wishing systems: the Maiji Mountain Grottoes and social media platforms, the work seeks to explore the relationship between the two in the context of time and space and technological change, using diagrams, physical constructions and live interaction.

Diagrams: Text is the most common form of presentation of the act of wishing. Only 7.54% of the inscriptions of the Maijishan caves are actually used to write wishes and are broad in content, while the texts of wishes on social media platforms constitute the ontology of the system and are highly detailed. The two systems each take in multiple messages, leaving white space at different levels and in a sense complementing each other, and I highlight in the section of the chart the state the two present when superimposed and the mapping of each other.

Images: Grotto keeper, researcher, interpreter, security guard, visitor ...... The Maiji Mountain Grottoes stacks present different ways of unfolding under the perspective of these different identities. In the video section, mainly through documentation and interviews, the spatial narrative under the different identity perspectives is restored, and this narrative is actually a prayer system based on the architectural structure of the stacks.

Installation: Order is the result of an act. In the wishing system of Maiji Mountain, the trestle is a superimposition and relay of the act of wishing, it is the scaffolding through which the donor opens the cave to create the statue, where people carve their wishes on the mountain wall, and wishes are also the scaffolding of social life, building the future with the wishes of today.

The Maiji Mountain Grottoes were built on a strange mountain wall perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and it was difficult for plants to get down there. The believers used this to show their sincerity to the Buddha, and for more than a thousand years, using wood and stone as materials and wishes as a system, they left behind a piece of man-made nature, which offers us: the structure that a wish system can form under limited natural and social conditions, and I hope to use this to present the community form of people's real-time wishes today, composing A data narrative about aspirations. It may be discrete, it may be cohesive, constantly swaying over time.
