HENGE • Megalithic Living Portal Original

“Henge” is an interactive immersive installation series revisiting the idea of megalithic structures and their magical aspect. Deployed in natural places, the goal is to create surreal totems to experience physically, ritualizing the space with a vibrating, pulsating monument.
The series in its final form will combine a mix of audiovisual installations alongside landscape mapping when available. Using large hidden subwoofers, ultra low frequencies and visual sensors, the digital megaliths will come to life and pulse accordingly to the density of people on site. The more people will gather closer to the installation, the stronger the “Henge” will vibrate and become visually intense, like a synchronized living portal.
