Ceramic micro calligraphy is a folk stunt that perfectly combines Chinese micro calligraphy art with colored porcelain art. The author used a specially designed brush to write Chinese characters and calligraphy on porcelain with naked eyes, with over 100 Chinese characters written on each square centimeter of porcelain surface, and then fired it into a piece.
The work is based on the cultural relic of "Mengxi Bi Tan" created by Chinese craftsman Mr. Wang Zhiwen, extracting its "micro script" symbol and reconstructing the calligraphy landscape digital secret realm. The text content is based on the famous work "Mengxi Bi Tan" by Shen Kuo, a scientist and politician of the Northern Song Dynasty. The mountain shape is formed by characters, and the surface is composed of mountains, forests, and streams with ancient Song and Yuan rhymes, combined with the shape of ceramic devices, to showcase the elegant and magnificent scenery of mountains and rivers. The exquisite and delicate transformation of the straight body bottle and bottle conveys the characteristics of Chinese landscape painting to the fullest.
The vertical screen is placed in the freehand landscape space, with rain curtains and poetic lines hanging in the air. The audience can enter the virtual space for text interaction, explore the details of the characters, and gain insight into the other world. It recreates the scenery of stone bridges, flowing water, birds and pine forests, reciting strings in humble rooms, distant mountains, and flying waterfalls depicted in porcelain. The work hopes that the audience can explore and savor the beauty of "micro books" in the context of the text and landscape of the scenery.
