Digital Art
The digital age is a complex environment where virtual worlds and real societies are intertwined, collided, and permeated with each other. People not only have to face the "virtual" information exchange, but also bear the "real" spiritual harm. There is a sharp and profound conflict between the two - no one can avoid or evade questioning the 'truth'. Virtual anonymous identities will exacerbate this contradiction and even create new criminal patterns. A bad word may cause a war; A barking dog may spark a riot. A stone stirs up a thousand waves, and a storm of public opinion is brewing.
The work is divided into three parts: the relationship between the perpetrator, victim, and bystander, visualizing the phenomenon, strengthening and exaggerating the state of online violence. The gauze curtain in the middle is the gap between reality and the internet. Through mapping techniques and virtual and real spatial processing, we, as bystanders, are brought into this "crime scene". Seeing all of this, we begin to think about the significance of freedom of speech for the development of online culture. The standardization of online behavior is imperative. In online entertainment and being entertained, rationality is our final safety barrier.
