Rupert Newman x Bombay Sapphire Original

Building on their Artisan Series and previous collaborations with artists and creators, Bombay Sapphire wanted to take the next step in their creative history with their new global marketing proposition – Stir Creativity, an open invitation for everybody to discover their creative potential. At Canvas guests were able to pour their own Gin and Tonic via an interactive ‘Tonic Wall’, customise their unique ‘Blank Canvas Cocktail’ with edible paint and explore an interactive projection room designed by Rupert Newman, all while watching local creatives transform the space from a blank canvas into work of art. Following the success of the London event, Canvas has been activated across other key European markets. Rupert Newman collaborated with Pile Artworks (UK). In the immersive room there are three lidar sensors that track peoples hands as they move them across the projected tiles. As they do this the tiles flip over revealing another animated pattern. Once enough tiles have been flipped the entire wall animates out and the canvas begins again.
