Generating Art
All appearances and names in the world are, in a sense, the result of the subjective consciousness of the heart. Is what we see, hear, feel and think in our daily life objective and real enough, or does it vary from person to person?
Through the TouchDesigner software, which recognises the data read by the brainwave device and analyses the viewer's current mood and thinking state in real time, "Imagery" generates graphics based on the viewer's mood, either sharp or soft, with both the conscious and subconscious mind working together to generate the image changes.
Exploring the possibility of shaping images with ideas, presenting the relationship between people's consciousness and external images, the installation maps the subtle changes in people's inner world through the brain-computer sensors capturing the brain neural data, and utilises the differences to build a unique intracerebral mapping for each individual, allowing the audience to enter a kind of embodied experience mixing the internal and external, the virtual and the actual, and creating a "different from person to person" image through the ideas. "The audience will be able to enter into an embodied experience that mixes the inside and outside, the virtual and the real, and create a virtual world that is different from each other.
