Moura - Multimedia Show Original

Moura is a multimedia show joining projection mapping, scenic public arts, sound and light design, fireworks, dance and contemporary circus. The first version of the performance was screened at the Roman bridge of Chaves in Northern Portugal. Production-wise the whole show was a huge undertaking – during 2 weeks of residency right next to the bridge, our multidisciplinary creative hub of designers, artists, photographers and choreographers focused on producing video mapping projection that brings extraordinary, visual experience, blends several art disciplines and gathers the society, children and adults. The artwork engages the local community, getting them into the process of content creation of video mapping; theater production; designing dance and also props production. Moura showcases and celebrates the creative, vibrant and diverse spirit that lives in the hearts of our citizens, deepens our cultural perspectives and unites our extraordinary community. It was probably one of the biggest challenges for our team and the most spectacular multidisciplinary show ever created in Portugal.
