This is the work exhibited at the first zone of “I Have A Dream Of Red Mansions - A Theatrical & Interactive Art Exhibition”.

Throughout the history, there have been numerous masterpieces about flowers, but they are not always as well as how they are described in “A Dream of Red Mansions”, knowns as one of the four great classic novels of Chinese literatures.

“A Dream of Red Mansions" has the hundreds of ways to describe flowers with the most marvelous writing skills. It not only describes flowers as general scenery, but also takes them as the symbolic plot content.

With flowers to show the difference characteristic of each character, as to express the author's love and hate. When happy, flowers could be a beautiful play; while sad, flowers could also represent the grief mood.

In a sense, "A Dream of Red Mansions" is also a dream of flowers.

Taking the imagery of "flower" and "dream" as one of the important design concepts of exhibition, we select suitable ploys from A Dream of Red Mansions, and transform them into exhibition content. In the mood of watching the exhibition without pressure, we hope to create an interest and new understanding of the classical literature "A Dream of Red Mansions" for the guest.
