Starlit星辉 Original

《Starlit》 is a public art installation that enables viewers to experience "a common feeling with the infinite universe" in a closed and limited space. The work comes from my reflection on the attitude of escaping from "nihilism". In an era when instrumental rationality is greatly amplified, how can we inhabit this world poetically? When I "search" aesthetics, modern mainstream theory and traditional Chinese philosophy, I have experienced a short and lofty spiritual short circuit between the limited individual and the infinite things. Work exists to share that experience. The works "connect" the ordinary corner of space with the stars, so that people can experience the common feeling with the infinite universe when observing from different angles in the limited space, and break the estrangement between viewers and space, space and universe.
