IMMERSIVE BEATS Original

DJ Rubén Sølar and audiovisual artist Paco Gramaje join forces to create an audiovisual odyssey of an abstract and emotive nature that will take viewers on a journey through other worlds. A visual proposal by Paco Gramaje perfectly synchronised with Rubén Sølar's music that invites to a totally immersive journey, achieving a deep multisensory sensation in the audience.
For Chengdu Open call we propose an interactive version with visual effects generated by the movements from the dancer or the public.
Immersive Beats was born from the need to take Rubén Sølar's "Beats" project to the next level: sincere, one-directional and eclectic music that leads to calm and relaxation.
The visual part is a 40 minute long cinematic and epic journey.
The musical project "Beats" are small stories that come and go in a very subtle and plastic way at the same time, as the music has been created to be accompanied by its corresponding visuals. This audiovisual fusion makes the whole project to be called Immersive Beats.
A visual production adaptable to different formats such as 180o and 360o projection spaces, domes and which can also be reproduced in virtual reality glasses.


About Paco Gramaje and Rubén Sølar.

Ruben Sølar has been a resident DJ in Ibiza since 2001 where he has played in all the great night and day temples of electronic music, from residencies with the Day-off party at Space to the most iconic ambient venues such as Cafe del Mar, Khumaras, etc. He has several references on minimal and house music labels such as Trax Records Chicago, the best house label in the world.

Paco Gramaje. Designer, video artist, AV performer, and composer Creator of the dance and artistic fusion project @girasomnis : video art, music and AV performances with dance.

Girasomnis has already performed all over Spain, Shanghai, Casablanca, Santo Domingo, Albania, Tunisia and India in festivals, theatres and TV programmes.

Among his commercial work he stands out for being one of the creators of the last musical "Hoy no me puedo levantar" seen by more than three million viewers.
