In 2020, the outbreak of a new crown epidemic, medical staff became the “Most beautiful retrograde person”, by the people of the country’s high praise. However, in this context, the frequent cases of violence injuries, poor access to health care and expensive problems have been repeatedly mentioned, and the imbalance of medical resources between Regions has also aroused people’s concern.
By combing the distribution of various kinds of medical resources among regions, the growing ways of medical workers, the allocation of medical materials during the epidemic, and the environment for doctors to practice, the author hopes to arouse people’s empathy for doctors, improving doctor-patient relationship and creating a better practice environment for doctors.
