As generative AI continues to transform the landscape of visual creation, an increasing number of imaginative works are emerging from this technological wave. FLINT WALK began exploring AI collaboration in 2022, gradually evolving from AI-assisted production to a full-process AI workflow. Over time, the team has built a creative ecosystem that connects concept generation with final delivery—spanning naked-eye 3D content, short-form storytelling, IP development, and pipeline innovation, and continually expanding what technology-driven art can achieve.

作品《纸雕》《冰雕》运用AI生成建筑肌理、冰晶质感以及置换贴图再通过与三维软件建模结合渲染输出，强化自然主题的视觉诗意。在《巨人 Ⅲ—— 重塑》的制作中，采用 AI 介入三维技术，辅助生成和优化 3D 模型、纹理和动画等内容，实现异世界生物的动态细腻感。而在《蜀梦奇绣》项目中，则尝试通过AI动态演绎静态蜀绣纹样，让非遗传承大师蜀绣作品《荷花鲤鱼》实现数字活化。FLINT WALK希望在保留艺术主导权的基础上，通过AI技术提升工作效率并尝试不同的创意呈现。
In Paper Sculpture and Ice Sculpture, AI generated architectural textures, crystalline details, and displacement maps that were integrated with 3D modeling and rendering to amplify the poetic beauty of nature. In The Giant III — Rebirth, AI refined models, textures, and animations within the 3D pipeline to bring intricate realism to otherworldly forms. For Dreams of Shu Embroidery, AI animated the traditional Lotus and Carp motif, digitally reviving master artisans’ embroidery work. We continue to prioritize artistic intent while enhancing efficiency and creative range.

In Fortune Leopard, AI was trained to adapt organic motion to irregular LED screens, solving the challenge of large-scale “screen break-throughs.” Oriental Mirage merged motion capture with AI-generated environments to build an Eastern narrative blending the real and virtual. The Panda Series reimagines Chengdu’s cultural icon through playful AI-generated forms such as Fruity Charm, Fantastic Creatures, and Panda Popsicles, featured in works like Panda Balloon and Summer Ice Fair.

In the concept short INFO, the team used the full FLINT AI production pipeline to navigate seamless transitions across complex scenes and maintain visual coherence—tackling key challenges in long-form AI production such as narrative flow, character consistency, and spatial logic.

经过不断的尝试与学习，FLINT AI逐渐完善，FLINT WALK开始探求AI技术与数字创意的进一步融合，于是选取了以《山海经》为基底，逐步推进“数字神兽”的系统化打造，形成传统与创新融合，从屏内到屏外的IP生命力。

Using the Classic of Mountains and Seas as a foundation, the team began systematically developing a collection of “digital divine beasts,” blending tradition and innovation to create an IP ecosystem.
裸眼3D《乘黄》作品以火焰图腾重塑祥瑞神兽，实现破屏而出的视觉奇观，线上同主题AI短片《新生》则通过AI构建“踏火重生”叙事，呈现乘黄行经之处万物复苏的生态寓言，实现从视觉符号到故事角色的深化。
The naked-eye 3D piece Cheng Huang reimagines the auspicious beast through fiery totems and flowing motion, while the companion AI short Rebirth tells a “reborn through fire” story—an allegory of renewal where life follows in its path。

Designed for Qixi Festival, Biyiniao evokes the intimacy of twin spirits through ice and fire, blending crystalline textures into a quiet expression of love. The work was created to foster a deeper emotional connection with its audience.
