E-missions

“The void is created to fill another void”, based on this thought we want to restore an image to the process of constriction and disfigurement reserved to nature. Information relating to the damage caused to the environment by man is collected in real-time through reliable channels and converted into tangible, “visible” form. Oxygen is extinguished in enormous quantities every second through deforestation and the emission of C02. 

The sensory installation re-elaborates these data, returning them in the form of a water cloud emitted by glass spheres which, in turn, recall the molecules that compose it. This steam releases precise fragrances on a floating landscape, the first element it encounters is the stone surface which forms the basis of the work, intrinsically symbolizing the loss of natural resources.
