第四届“汇创青春”国际赛-新媒体艺术类作品征集

第四届“汇创青春”——上海大学生文化创意作品展示活动由中共上海市教育卫生工作委员会、上海市教育委员会主办。

The 4th 'Think Youth' – Shanghai University Cultural and Creative Works Exhibition will be organized by the Shanghai Municipal Education, the Shanghai Health Working Committee and the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.

本届大赛活动将继续举办数字文化创意类国际大赛，邀请国内外高校的大学生参与。在上海高校大学生文化创意作品分类评选的基础上，选择数字文化创意相关类别的优秀作品与国内外高校的相关优秀作品同台竞技和展示。此次大赛由上海交通大学承办。

This year, we continue to organize international tournament of Digital Creation, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition and invite students from universities at home and abroad to participate in. On the basis of the classification of cultural and creative works in Shanghai, select outstanding works related to digital culture and creativity and compete with otherworks of domestic and foreign universities. The competition will be organized by Shanghai Jiaotong University.

第三届“汇创⻘春”国际赛商业组吸引了美国、法国、加拿大、韩国等海外高校，以及印度、乌克兰、新加坡、哈萨克斯坦等一带一路国家青年创客团队的60余件作品。经国际商业赛路演激烈角逐后，最终有4个作品脱颖而出，与国家汉办举荐的来自美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等国的6个优秀作品共同入围决赛。其中，一个澳大利亚团队在比赛中成功获得第三佳绩，2019年在上海开始他们的创业之旅。

In the 3rd ‘Think Youth’-Shanghai International Digital Creation, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition for Bussiness group last year, we had received over 60 works submitted from overseas colleges and universities in America, France, Canada, Korea and other countries as well as many youth maker groups from India, Ukraine, Singapore, Kazakhstan and other one belt and road countries. After competing in the International Competition Road Show, 4 works entered the final competition for the Business Group together with the 6 outstanding works recommended by National Confucius Institute Headquarters from America, Canada, Australia and other countries. One of Australia teams that won the third prize will start their business journey in Shanghai.

新媒体艺术组的比赛聚集了来自中央美术学院、成都信息工程大学、纽约大学、巴塞罗那大学、武蔵野美术大学、台湾大学、实践大学、台北美术大学等多所高校的国内外艺术家，所呈现的作品也创意满满、精彩纷呈。经过多轮评选，11件新媒体艺术类优秀作品首次进入商业地产进行展示。

In the ‘Think Youth’ Competition for New Media Art Group, artists from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Chengdu Information Engineering University, New York University, the University of Barcelona, Musashino Art University, Taiwan University, Practical University, Taipei University of Fine Arts and other universities showed their works. After several rounds of selection, 11 outstanding New Media Art works could display in malls for the first time.

与腾讯大申网合作之下，短视频分赛实现了首次全程线上直播。除了来自上海本地高校的各色作品之外，来自全球各地超110件参赛作品也踊跃参与“汇创青春”国际比赛。层层筛选之后，最终有5个短视频作品脱颖而出，荣获“第三届‘汇创青春’国际赛短视频大赛优秀短视频”的称号。

The ‘Think Youth’ Competition for Short video Group has been broadcasted live online for the first time cooperating with Tencent. In addition to several works from local universities in Shanghai, more than 110 entrance works from all around the world has poured into the committee’s mailbox. After several rounds of selection, 5 videos finally stood out and won the title of ‘Excellent Short Videos of the 3rd Think Youth’.

游戏组分赛共收到的国内外学生作品100余件，部分优秀作品在现场就收获了巨人网络宝贵的扶持机会。

At the same time, the committee has received a total of more than 100 works from domestic and foreign students for ‘Think Youth’ Game Group Competition. And some of the outstanding works luckily got Giant Network’s support on the scene.

Who is our target participant?

此次大赛面向来自全球各高校的青年学生及创客，不限国籍、年级、专业，既欢迎来自个人参赛者的独特创意，也对来自参赛团队的创想思潮敞开怀抱！

Participants can join the competition as groups or individuals. There are no limits regarding nationality, year at university, or major.

作品要求：

1、 投稿类别包括增强现实/虚拟显示、数字沙盘、交互投影（3D Mapping）、动力装置、物理模型、动态影响、数据可视化、沉浸式空间等。

The scope of submission for this group includes augmented reality/virtual display, digital sandbox, interactive projection (3D Mapping), power unit, physical model, dynamic impact, data visualization, immersive space and so on.

2、 该类作品需提供作品演示视频，视频分辨率不小于1280×720像素，采用H.264/265压缩编码标准并以MP4格式进行保存；

This kind of work needs to provide the demonstration video for us, the resolution of which is not less than 1280x720 pixels. It should adopt the H.264/265 compression coding standard and be saved in the MP4 format;

3、 需要有详尽的作品标题和500字以内的作品介绍；

The work needs to have the detailed title and the introduction within 500 words;

4、 其他材料提交时间初评后会另行通知。

The deadline of other related material will be announced after initial evaluation.
